Welcome to Pinlisting®. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Pinlisting website, products, QR code services, listing pages, external listing redirects, account features, forms, and related services.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Pinlisting LLC, located at 23352 Westbury St, St Clair Shores, MI 48080. References to “Pinlisting,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Pinlisting LLC. References to “you” and “your” mean any visitor, customer, listing owner, seller, buyer, renter, account holder, or other user of the website or services.
By using Pinlisting, purchasing a product, creating or editing a listing, submitting content, scanning or using a QR code, contacting a seller, or otherwise accessing the website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Pinlisting.
Pinlisting sells custom printed QR signs, stickers, riders, and related products. Pinlisting may also provide QR-linked listing pages, QR redirect links, account access, listing management tools, and related website features.
Pinlisting is a sign-first listing support platform. A Pinlisting QR code may direct visitors to either a Pinlisting-hosted listing page or to an external listing URL selected by the customer.
Pinlisting does not represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, vehicle owners, vehicle buyers, agents, brokers, property managers, dealers, lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, escrow providers, or any other party to a transaction.
Pinlisting is not a real estate broker, real estate agent, property manager, landlord, vehicle dealer, financing provider, escrow service, title company, inspection service, appraisal service, legal service, tax service, or transaction intermediary.
Pinlisting does not:
Any transaction, communication, showing, inspection, lease, sale, purchase, payment, or agreement is solely between the applicable buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, vehicle owner, or other third party.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Pinlisting, purchase products, create or manage listings, submit content, or use account features.
By using Pinlisting, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Pinlisting may create user accounts after a customer purchases a product that includes a Pinlisting-hosted listing page or related account access. Public self-registration may not be available.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update your account, listing, and contact information when necessary.
Pinlisting may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access if we believe your account, listing, QR destination, or use of the website violates these Terms, creates risk, infringes rights, appears fraudulent, or may harm Pinlisting, users, buyers, sellers, or third parties.
If you create, edit, publish, submit, or manage a listing, you are solely responsible for the listing and all related content.
You are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading, including:
You agree that Pinlisting is not responsible for verifying, correcting, monitoring, or guaranteeing your listing content.
If you view a listing, scan a QR code, contact a seller, submit an inquiry, inspect a property or vehicle, or enter into any transaction, you are responsible for your own due diligence.
You should independently verify all relevant information before making decisions, including ownership, identity, title, condition, availability, pricing, lease terms, sale terms, deposits, fees, inspection results, legal compliance, and transaction documents.
Pinlisting does not guarantee any listing, seller, landlord, vehicle owner, property, vehicle, transaction, inquiry response, external website, or QR destination.
Use caution when communicating with third parties. Do not send money, deposits, personal information, financial information, or sensitive documents unless you have independently verified the recipient and the transaction.
Pinlisting listing pages may allow visitors to contact sellers or listing owners through displayed contact information or inquiry forms.
Buyer inquiries may be sent directly to the seller or listing owner. Pinlisting may not review, screen, store, verify, or respond to those inquiries on behalf of the seller.
Pinlisting is not responsible for seller responses, buyer communications, missed messages, incorrect contact details, negotiations, showings, transactions, disputes, payments, or agreements between users.
You may be able to submit listing details, descriptions, photos, logos, contact information, external URLs, sign text, and other content through Pinlisting.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the rights you grant Pinlisting in these Terms.
You represent and warrant that:
By submitting content to Pinlisting, you grant Pinlisting a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, copy, display, publish, resize, crop, format, transmit, distribute, process, modify for technical or formatting purposes, and otherwise use your content as necessary to operate, display, market, support, improve, and provide Pinlisting products and services.
This license allows Pinlisting to display your listing content on Pinlisting pages, generate listing previews, route QR codes, process uploaded photos, send inquiry notifications, provide customer support, maintain backups, and operate the website.
You may remove or update your content through available account or support options, but copies may remain in backups, records, cached pages, order records, logs, or systems where retention is reasonably necessary.
Pinlisting products may include dynamic QR codes that point first to a Pinlisting-controlled URL, including URLs in the format /p/{TOKEN} or similar formats.
When someone scans or visits the QR code URL, Pinlisting may route that visitor to one of several destinations, including:
This means the QR code printed on a physical sign, sticker, rider, or related product may remain the same while the destination behind that QR code may be managed through Pinlisting, subject to these Terms, technical availability, product rules, and Pinlisting’s supported features.
If your QR code is connected to a Pinlisting-hosted listing, the intended use is generally to update the listing content itself, such as photos, description, price, contact information, or listing details.
If your QR code is connected to an external destination, Pinlisting may allow the external destination URL to be updated where supported. You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, safe, and current external destination URLs.
Pinlisting is not responsible for customer-submitted incorrect URLs, broken links, outdated listings, third-party platform changes, removed external listings, expired external pages, external website errors, or external websites that become unavailable after purchase.
Pinlisting may disable, suspend, redirect, modify, or remove QR destinations if we believe they violate these Terms, appear fraudulent, are unsafe, are malicious, infringe rights, contain prohibited content, or create risk for Pinlisting or others.
Pinlisting does not guarantee uninterrupted QR code functionality, uninterrupted website availability, permanent redirect availability, search engine indexing, third-party platform availability, or compatibility with all devices, scanners, browsers, or external platforms.
QR routing, external redirects, and Pinlisting-hosted listing services are currently included with eligible Pinlisting products at no additional recurring fee, subject to these Terms, technical availability, acceptable use, and Pinlisting’s continued operation of the service.
Pinlisting may allow QR codes or website links to point to third-party platforms, including real estate websites, rental websites, vehicle listing websites, marketplace websites, social media pages, property management websites, or other external URLs.
Pinlisting does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, accuracy, pricing, fees, privacy practices, security, or functionality.
Pinlisting is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or associated with Zillow, Autotrader, Facebook, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, Craigslist, or any other third-party listing platform referenced on the website. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible external listing destinations or examples.
Pinlisting sells custom printed products, including signs, stickers, riders, and related materials.
Products may be customized based on information you submit during checkout or through other Pinlisting workflows, including listing type, contact information, phone number, email address, property details, vehicle details, sign text, QR destination, external URL, and other customization choices.
Pinlisting does not provide a proof approval process unless expressly stated for a specific product or order. You are responsible for carefully reviewing all information before placing your order.
Pinlisting is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including typos, incorrect phone numbers, incorrect email addresses, incorrect URLs, incorrect addresses, incorrect listing details, outdated information, spelling errors, formatting preferences, or changes requested after production begins.
Most custom Pinlisting® products are sent to production within 1 business day after an order is placed. Production typically takes 1–3 business days, and shipping typically takes about 3 business days after production. Most orders arrive within approximately 5–7 business days, but delivery times may vary based on carrier conditions, holidays, destination, fulfillment volume, production issues, weather, and other factors outside Pinlisting’s control.
Pinlisting products may be produced, packed, and shipped by third-party print and fulfillment partners, including FireSprint, 4over, and shipping carriers.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Risk of loss may pass according to the shipping carrier’s handling and applicable law.
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Pinlisting is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information, inaccessible delivery locations, carrier issues, or failure to retrieve a delivered package.
Because Pinlisting products are custom printed, they are not returnable or refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order due to a Pinlisting or fulfillment error.
Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different due to a Pinlisting or fulfillment error.
To request help with a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different item, you must contact Pinlisting within 7 days of delivery at help@pinlisting.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
Pinlisting may, in its discretion, provide a replacement, reprint, refund, partial refund, store credit, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.
Pinlisting is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including incorrect text, URLs, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, listing details, product selections, or customization choices.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including WooPayments and supported express payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Pinlisting does not directly store your full payment card number. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Sales tax may be calculated and collected through WooCommerce, WooPayments, or related tax tools based on applicable law, shipping location, product type, and system configuration.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
You agree not to submit, publish, link to, or promote content that:
Pinlisting may remove, edit, restrict, suspend, or disable any listing, account, QR code, external destination, or content that we believe violates these Terms or creates risk.
If you submit or manage rental or housing-related content, you are responsible for complying with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal, state, and local housing laws.
You may not submit rental or housing content that discriminates against, excludes, discourages, or expresses a preference based on protected characteristics under applicable law.
Pinlisting does not provide fair housing, legal, property management, landlord-tenant, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring that your rental listing, communications, screening practices, lease terms, and rental decisions comply with applicable law.
If you submit or manage vehicle-related content, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all vehicle information, including ownership, title status, mileage, condition, accident history, lien status, pricing, disclosures, and availability.
Pinlisting does not inspect vehicles, verify ownership, verify title status, confirm mileage, guarantee condition, process vehicle payments, broker vehicle sales, or act as a vehicle dealer.
Buyers are responsible for independently inspecting vehicles, verifying title, confirming seller identity, checking applicable records, and using appropriate transaction safeguards.

Pinlisting® is a registered trademark of Pinlisting LLC. The Pinlisting logo and related brand assets are trademarks or other intellectual property of Pinlisting LLC.
The Pinlisting website, brand assets, product images, listing page layouts, QR routing system, text, graphics, software, designs, logos, templates, icons, code, workflows, and related content are owned by Pinlisting or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Pinlisting’s website, products, QR system, listing templates, product images, software, or brand assets without prior written permission.
All third-party trademarks, names, logos, and brands referenced on Pinlisting are the property of their respective owners.
If you believe content on Pinlisting infringes your copyright, contact us at help@pinlisting.com with enough information for us to identify the allegedly infringing content and evaluate your request.
Pinlisting may remove or disable content that appears to infringe intellectual property rights.
A separate Copyright or DMCA Policy may provide additional instructions for copyright notices.
Your use of Pinlisting is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Pinlisting may collect and process information necessary to operate the website, process orders, create accounts, provide listing functionality, route QR codes, send transactional emails, process payments, fulfill products, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the website, and comply with legal obligations.
Pinlisting may use necessary, functional, analytics, and marketing cookies or similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy.
Pinlisting may use third-party service providers to operate the website, process orders, process payments, calculate taxes, fulfill custom printed products, ship orders, deliver emails, host and secure the website, provide analytics, support advertising, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
These providers may include WooCommerce, WooPayments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, FireSprint, 4over, shipping carriers, Google Workspace, SMTP/email delivery providers, Cloudflare, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and other operational vendors.
Pinlisting is not responsible for third-party service outages, delays, errors, data processing practices, or platform changes beyond Pinlisting’s control.
Pinlisting may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or change any part of the website, products, QR services, listings, account features, forms, pricing, policies, or availability at any time.
Pinlisting does not guarantee that the website, QR codes, redirects, listings, forms, checkout, account access, or third-party integrations will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanently available.
Pinlisting is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinlisting disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
Pinlisting does not warrant or guarantee:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinlisting LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, service providers, fulfillment partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, lost listings, lost opportunities, transaction losses, property losses, vehicle losses, or reputational harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinlisting’s total liability for any claim related to a product order will not exceed the amount you paid to Pinlisting for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
For claims not related to a specific product order, Pinlisting’s total liability will not exceed $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pinlisting LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, service providers, fulfillment partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

You agree that any dispute arising from or related to Pinlisting, these Terms, products, listings, QR services, or website use will be handled in accordance with applicable law and subject to the courts located in Michigan, unless otherwise required by law.
Pinlisting may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will show when the Terms were last revised.
Your continued use of Pinlisting after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using Pinlisting.
