This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains how Pinlisting LLC handles copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property concerns related to Pinlisting®, including listing photos, videos, text, logos, QR destinations, external links, and user-submitted content.

References to “Pinlisting,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Pinlisting LLC. References to “you” and “your” mean any visitor, customer, listing owner, seller, landlord, vehicle owner, buyer, renter, account holder, rights owner, or other user of Pinlisting.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and Listing Content & Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Pinlisting’s Intellectual Property

Pinlisting® is a registered trademark of Pinlisting LLC. The Pinlisting logo and related brand assets are trademarks or other intellectual property of Pinlisting LLC.

The Pinlisting website, brand assets, product images, listing page layouts, QR routing system, text, graphics, software, icons, designs, workflows, code, templates, and related content are owned by Pinlisting or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Pinlisting’s website, products, QR system, listing templates, product images, software, or brand assets without prior written permission.

2. Third-Party Trademarks

Pinlisting may reference third-party listing platforms, websites, brands, logos, or services to explain external listing compatibility or QR destination options.

All third-party trademarks, names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.

Pinlisting is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or associated with Zillow, Autotrader, Facebook, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, Craigslist, or any other third-party listing platform referenced on the website unless expressly stated in writing by Pinlisting.

3. User-Submitted Content

Pinlisting may allow users to submit listing details, descriptions, photos, videos, logos, contact information, external URLs, sign text, QR destinations, and other content.

You are responsible for making sure that any content you submit is lawful and that you own it or have permission to use it.

You may not submit, upload, publish, link to, or display content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, contract right, or other legal right.

4. Listing Photos, Videos, and Media

You may only upload or submit photos, videos, logos, graphics, and other media that you own or have permission to use.

You may not upload stolen listing photos, copied MLS photos, copied vehicle photos, copyrighted marketing photos, third-party logos, screenshots, floor plans, videos, graphics, or other media unless you have the legal right to use them.

If you embed or link to video content from platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo, you are responsible for ensuring that the content is authorized and does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. External Links and QR Destinations

Pinlisting QR codes may link to Pinlisting-hosted listing pages or external listing URLs selected by the customer.

You may not use Pinlisting QR codes, redirects, external URL fields, or listing pages to link to infringing, unauthorized, counterfeit, deceptive, malicious, or unlawful content.

Pinlisting may disable, suspend, or remove QR destinations that appear to infringe intellectual property rights, violate this policy, violate our Terms of Service, or create legal risk.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Pinlisting infringes your copyright, you may send a copyright complaint to Pinlisting.

Your complaint should include enough information for us to identify and evaluate the issue. Please include:

1. Your full legal name or the name of the rights owner you represent.
2. Your email address and mailing address.
3. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
4. The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on Pinlisting.
5. If the issue involves a QR code or external destination, the QR URL or external URL involved.
6. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
7. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
8. Your physical or electronic signature.

7. Trademark and Brand Complaints

If you believe content on Pinlisting infringes your trademark, misuses your brand, impersonates your business, or creates confusion, contact us at help@pinlisting.com.

Please include:

1. Your full legal name or the name of the rights owner you represent.
2. Your email address and mailing address.
3. The trademark, logo, brand name, or other rights involved.
4. The registration number, if applicable.
5. The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on Pinlisting.
6. An explanation of why you believe the content infringes your rights or creates confusion.
7. A statement that the information you provided is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

8. Pinlisting’s Review and Takedown Rights

Pinlisting may review intellectual property complaints at its discretion.

Pinlisting may remove, disable, restrict, suspend, or unpublish content, listings, accounts, QR destinations, external links, or other materials that we believe may infringe rights, violate this policy, violate our Terms of Service, or create legal risk.

Pinlisting may take action without prior notice when we believe immediate action is appropriate.

9. Counter-Notices

If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to use the content, you may contact Pinlisting at help@pinlisting.com.

Your counter-notice should include enough information for us to evaluate the issue, including:

1. Your full legal name.
2. Your email address and mailing address.
3. The content that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
4. An explanation of why you believe the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Pinlisting may, but is not obligated to, restore content after reviewing a counter-notice. Pinlisting may also require additional information or decline to restore content when appropriate.

10. Repeat Infringers

Pinlisting may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, listings, QR destinations, or access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly violate this policy.

Pinlisting may also refuse future orders, disable QR destinations, remove listings, or take other action allowed by our Terms of Service and applicable law.

11. False or Misleading Claims

Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent intellectual property complaints.

You may be responsible for damages, costs, or legal consequences if you knowingly submit a false or materially misleading claim.

12. No Legal Advice

This policy is provided for general informational and policy purposes only. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

If you have questions about copyright, trademark, fair use, licensing, ownership, takedown notices, counter-notices, or other legal rights, consult a qualified attorney.

13. Changes to This Policy

Pinlisting may update this Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will show when this policy was last revised.

Your continued use of Pinlisting after an updated policy is posted means you accept the updated policy.
