We collect information that you provide directly, information generated when you use the website, and information needed to process orders, provide listing services, route QR codes, and operate Pinlisting.
The types of information we may collect include:
When you place an order, we collect information needed to process your purchase, customize your product, create or connect any related QR code, fulfill your order, provide customer support, calculate taxes, and send order-related communications.
This may include your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, product selections, customization details, listing destination choice, QR destination, external URL, sign text, order notes, tax information, and payment-related transaction details.
Pinlisting uses WooCommerce and related tools to manage checkout, orders, product options, taxes, and transactional emails.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including WooPayments and supported express payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Pinlisting does not directly store your full payment card number. Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers according to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and payment rules.
We may receive and store payment-related information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, order totals, refund status, billing details, and other information needed to complete and manage your order.
Sales tax may be calculated and collected through WooCommerce, WooPayments, or related tax tools based on your order, shipping location, billing location, product type, and applicable tax settings.
We may retain tax-related order records as needed for business, accounting, compliance, reporting, and legal purposes.
Pinlisting may create account access for customers who purchase products that include a Pinlisting-hosted listing page or related listing management features.
Account and listing features may be powered by WordPress, Voxel, WooCommerce, Elementor, and related website tools.
If you create, edit, publish, or manage a listing, we may collect and store listing information such as property details, rental details, vehicle details, descriptions, photos, price, availability, address or location, contact information, and other content you submit.
Some listing information may be publicly visible if you publish a listing or choose to display contact details on a listing page.
Pinlisting listing pages are designed to help sellers share information with potential buyers, renters, or visitors.
If you publish a listing, certain information may be visible to the public, including listing photos, descriptions, property or vehicle details, price or rent, location information, seller name or contact details, phone number, email address, and other information you choose to display.
You should not include sensitive personal information in a public listing unless you want that information to be publicly available.
Pinlisting listing pages may allow visitors to contact sellers or listing owners through displayed contact information or inquiry forms.
Buyer inquiries may be sent directly to the seller or listing owner. If you submit an inquiry, the information you provide may be shared with the seller or listing owner so they can respond to you.
Inquiry information may include your name, email address, phone number, message, listing referenced, and any other information you submit.
Pinlisting is not responsible for how sellers or listing owners respond to, store, use, or share information you provide directly to them.
Pinlisting products may include dynamic QR codes that point first to a Pinlisting-controlled URL, including URLs in the format /p/{TOKEN} or similar formats.
When someone scans or visits a QR code URL, Pinlisting may route that visitor to a Pinlisting-hosted listing page, an external listing URL selected by the customer, an inactive or pending page, or another supported destination.
We may collect and store QR-related information, including QR tokens, order numbers, listing destinations, internal listing IDs, external listing URLs, active or inactive status, redirect records, destination update history, and related support or administrative notes.
If you choose an external QR destination, we may store the external URL so the QR code can redirect visitors to that destination.
When visitors scan or access a QR code, technical information such as IP address, browser, device, time, referrer, QR token, destination status, and usage data may be processed by Pinlisting, hosting providers, security providers, analytics tools, or other service providers.
Pinlisting products may be produced, packed, and shipped by third-party print and fulfillment partners, including FireSprint, 4over, and shipping carriers.
To produce and deliver your order, we may share necessary order, shipping, and customization information with print, fulfillment, and shipping partners.
This may include your name, shipping address, order details, product selections, custom design information, sign text, QR code information, and other details needed to manufacture, package, and ship your order.
We may send transactional and service-related emails, including order confirmations, payment updates, shipping updates, tracking information, account setup emails, password reset emails, listing-related notices, buyer inquiry notifications, and customer support responses.
Pinlisting may use email tools and service providers such as Google Workspace, FluentSMTP, SMTP2GO, WooCommerce email systems, WordPress email systems, and related providers to send and manage emails.
Pinlisting does not plan to send marketing emails at launch. If we later send promotional or marketing emails, we will use appropriate unsubscribe or opt-out methods where required.
If you contact Pinlisting for support, we may collect your name, email address, order number, listing information, photos, screenshots, messages, and other information needed to respond to your request.
We may retain support communications for customer service, quality control, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and business recordkeeping.
