Buyers can use that contact info directly from the street, or they can scan the QR code or visit Pinlisting.com to open your listing. On the listing page you can add extra options, such as both phone and email, so buyers can reach you however you prefer.
No. Buyers do not need an app, a login, or a Pinlisting account. When they scan your QR code or visit the web address on your sign, your listing opens in their browser and they can contact you directly.
No. You can choose to use a Pinlisting page or link your QR code to a listing you already have on Zillow or another marketplace. Many owners use both, a Pinlisting page for local traffic and other sites for wider internet search.
After you place your order, we send you a confirmation email and create a draft listing if you choose to use a Pinlisting page. You can log in to add photos and details. While you work on your listing, we prepare and ship your sign or sticker.
Yes. You can log in and update your listing at any time. You can change photos, price, description, and contact details even after your sign is already in the yard or on your vehicle. The QR code and web address keep working.
Yes. If you feel stuck, you can contact us and we will help you decide what to say, which features to highlight, and which photos to use. We are small landlords ourselves and can help you focus on what local buyers and renters care about.
No. You can place your order as a new customer. When you check out, we create your Pinlisting account and your draft listing automatically, then email you login details so you can finish your listing when you are ready.
You can order a QR code sticker that works with your existing sign. It can go on a sign, a window, or a door and can link to a Pinlisting page or another marketplace you already use. This is a simple way to upgrade your current sign without replacing it.
Yes. When you order a sign or sticker, you get both the physical product and access to your Pinlisting account and listing tools. On vehicle orders you can also choose additional QR stickers if you want more than one location on the car.
