This Listing Content & Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for listings, photos, QR code destinations, external URLs, seller contact information, buyer inquiries, and other content submitted through Pinlisting®.
References to “Pinlisting,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Pinlisting LLC. References to “you” and “your” mean any visitor, customer, listing owner, seller, landlord, vehicle owner, buyer, renter, account holder, or other user of Pinlisting.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using Pinlisting, purchasing a product, creating or managing a listing, submitting content, or choosing a QR destination, you agree to follow this policy.
This policy applies to all content and activity connected to Pinlisting, including:
Pinlisting sells custom printed QR signs, stickers, riders, and related products. Pinlisting may also provide QR-linked listing pages, QR redirects, account access, and listing management tools.
Pinlisting is not a real estate broker, real estate agent, property manager, landlord, vehicle dealer, financing provider, escrow service, title company, inspection service, appraisal service, legal service, tax service, or transaction intermediary.
Pinlisting does not verify, guarantee, inspect, approve, broker, negotiate, manage, or complete any property, rental, or vehicle transaction.
If you create, edit, publish, submit, or manage a listing or QR destination, you are solely responsible for that listing, destination, and all related content.
You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, current, lawful, complete, and not misleading, including:
You agree that Pinlisting is not responsible for verifying or correcting listing content, seller identity, ownership, title, availability, condition, price, rent, transaction terms, or legal compliance.
Listing content must be truthful, accurate, current, and not misleading.
You may not submit or publish content that misrepresents a property, rental, vehicle, price, location, availability, ownership status, condition, title status, fees, included features, amenities, terms, or transaction details.
You must update or remove listing content when it becomes inaccurate, outdated, unavailable, sold, rented, withdrawn, or otherwise no longer valid.
If you submit a property for sale listing, you are responsible for all information related to the property, including ownership, authority to advertise, price, address, square footage, lot size, features, condition, photos, disclosures, availability, and transaction terms.
You may not use Pinlisting to advertise a property for sale unless you have the legal right or proper authorization to advertise that property.
Pinlisting does not verify property ownership, title, condition, liens, permits, inspections, seller identity, or transaction documents.
If you submit a rental listing, you are responsible for all rental-related content and activity, including rent amount, deposits, fees, lease terms, availability, property condition, photos, occupancy rules, pet policies, utilities, amenities, application requirements, and legal disclosures.
You may not use Pinlisting to advertise a rental unless you have the legal right or proper authorization to advertise that rental.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable landlord-tenant, rental advertising, housing, fair housing, privacy, screening, deposit, habitability, and local rental laws.
Rental and housing-related content must comply with fair housing laws and other applicable anti-discrimination laws.
You may not submit, publish, or link to housing content that discriminates against, excludes, discourages, or expresses a preference based on protected characteristics under applicable law, including federally protected characteristics such as race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability.
Examples of prohibited housing-related content may include discriminatory preferences, exclusions, coded language, discouraging statements, steering language, or restrictions that violate applicable fair housing laws.
Pinlisting does not provide fair housing, legal, landlord-tenant, property management, or compliance advice. You are responsible for making sure your listing, communications, screening practices, lease terms, and rental decisions comply with applicable law.
If you submit a vehicle listing, you are responsible for all vehicle-related information, including ownership, title status, lien status, mileage, condition, accident history, features, price, photos, disclosures, availability, and transaction terms.
You may not use Pinlisting to advertise a vehicle unless you have the legal right or proper authorization to advertise that vehicle.
Pinlisting does not inspect vehicles, verify ownership, verify title, confirm mileage, guarantee condition, process vehicle payments, broker vehicle sales, or act as a vehicle dealer.
You may only upload or submit photos, videos, logos, graphics, and other media that you own or have permission to use.
You may not upload or submit media that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, contract rights, or other rights of any person or business.
You may not upload or submit media that is deceptive, altered in a misleading way, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, illegal, malicious, or unsafe.
If you submit videos or embedded media from third-party platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and display that content and that it complies with this policy.
Pinlisting listings may display seller contact information or allow buyer inquiries to be sent directly to the seller or listing owner.
You are responsible for ensuring that all displayed contact information is accurate, current, lawful, and authorized for use.
You should not submit someone else’s phone number, email address, name, or contact information without permission.
Buyer inquiries may be sent directly to the seller or listing owner. Pinlisting may not review, screen, verify, store, moderate, or respond to those inquiries on behalf of the seller.
Sellers and listing owners are responsible for how they respond to inquiries and for complying with applicable privacy, fair housing, consumer protection, advertising, rental, real estate, vehicle, and communication laws.
You may not use buyer inquiries to harass, deceive, scam, spam, discriminate, collect sensitive information unlawfully, or engage in illegal conduct.
Pinlisting products may include dynamic QR codes that point first to a Pinlisting-controlled URL and then route visitors to either a Pinlisting-hosted listing page or an external listing URL selected by the customer.
You are responsible for making sure any listing content, QR destination, and external URL you submit is accurate, safe, lawful, current, and appropriate for the product or listing.
You may not use Pinlisting QR codes, redirects, external destination fields, or listing pages to link to content that violates this policy, infringes rights, contains malware, enables phishing, promotes scams, misleads visitors, violates fair housing laws, or creates risk for Pinlisting or others.
Pinlisting may disable, suspend, remove, or change access to QR destinations that appear fraudulent, unsafe, malicious, discriminatory, infringing, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise in violation of our policies.
Pinlisting may allow customers to use QR codes that point to third-party listing platforms, marketplace pages, social media listings, property management websites, real estate websites, rental websites, vehicle listing websites, or other external URLs.
Pinlisting does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, policies, security, fees, functionality, or platform changes.
Pinlisting is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or associated with Zillow, Autotrader, Facebook, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, Craigslist, or any other third-party listing platform referenced on the website.
You may not submit, publish, display, upload, link to, or promote content that:

Pinlisting may, but is not obligated to, review, monitor, edit, reject, remove, suspend, unpublish, or disable any listing, content, account, QR code, redirect, or external destination at any time.
Pinlisting may take action if we believe content or activity violates this policy, violates our Terms of Service, creates legal risk, appears fraudulent, infringes rights, is unsafe, is malicious, is discriminatory, is misleading, or may harm Pinlisting, users, customers, buyers, sellers, or third parties.
Pinlisting may take action without prior notice when we believe immediate action is appropriate.
If you believe a listing, QR destination, photo, video, message, or other content violates this policy, contact us at help@pinlisting.com.
Please include enough information for us to identify the content, such as the listing URL, QR URL, external destination, screenshot, order number if applicable, and a description of the issue.
Pinlisting may review reports at its discretion and may take any action we consider appropriate.
If you believe content on Pinlisting infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, contact us at help@pinlisting.com with enough information for us to identify and evaluate the issue.
Pinlisting may remove or disable content that appears to infringe intellectual property rights.
A separate Copyright or DMCA Policy may provide additional instructions for copyright notices.
If you violate this policy, Pinlisting may take one or more actions, including:
Pinlisting may review or remove content, but Pinlisting has no obligation to monitor all listings, QR destinations, buyer inquiries, seller communications, external URLs, or user activity.
You remain solely responsible for your content, listings, QR destinations, communications, and transactions.
Pinlisting may update this Listing Content & Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will show when this policy was last revised.
Your continued use of Pinlisting after an updated policy is posted means you accept the updated policy.
