After years around real estate listings, we saw a common issue with traditional signs. They get attention, but they do not always give buyers enough information in the moment.
The first version of Pinlisting explored more distinctive sign shapes with web addresses and location-based search, giving buyers a way to find the listing connected to the sign they saw. Those early signs sold, but customer demand made one thing clear: sellers wanted the familiarity of a traditional sign with the added utility of a modern QR listing experience.
That became the foundation for the signs we offer today.

Pinlisting was founded by Wes Robertson, a real estate investor and entrepreneur with degrees in Real Estate and Finance and an MBA in Entrepreneurship.
Since 2011, Wes has worked across acquisition, renovation, tenant placement, and the sale of more than 250 turnkey rental properties in Detroit.
That experience shaped the goal behind Pinlisting: make signs more useful, make listing details easier to access, and give sellers a practical tool that works in the real world.
